STRENGTH (45 mins)

Our OG class type. A full body strength workout using bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, cable machine and more. Helping you get stronger for living life to the full. Suitable for all abilities. Options to accommodate pain/injuries/pre & post partum.

HEART STRONG (45 mins)

Designed to get your heart rate up using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells & medicine balls. Think strength meets HIIT (high intensity interval training). Suitable for all abilities. Options to accommodate pain/injuries/pre & post partum.

60+ STRENGTH & MOBILITY (45 mins)

Promoting strength at any age or ability, this class focuses on overall strength, mobility and balance. We use bodyweight, resistance band, dumbbells and cable machines to help you achieve a stronger body for a longer more active life.

BOX STRONG (45 mins)

De-stress, build strength and develop your endurance with this class. Involves partner work, taking turns to box and pad hold while working through sequences of punching, blocking and kicking. Suitable for all abilities.

TEEN STRENGTH (35 mins)

Building the foundations for young women, this class focuses on lifting technique, breathing, body awareness, elements of cardio and helps build confidence. Suitable for high school girls - all abilities, especially beginners with no experience.

EXPRESS STRENGTH (35 mins)

This is a shorter version of our Strength class. Designed for those who are time poor and need to get an effective workout in ASAP. Most popular with women who work from home. Suitable for all abilities. Options to accommodate pain/injuries/pre & post partum.
